Seating plans and the “Find your seat” QR code

Put tables on the floor, choose every chair, then print a sign guests scan at the door to find their seat.

Add your tables

Open Dashboard → Seating and tap Add a table. Give each a number, a name if you like (“Family”, “Kids”) and a colour, and drag it into place.

💡 Long top table? Choose the Long shape and number 0, so it shows as “Top table”.

Seat your guests

Everyone who said yes is listed with their family, kept together. Drag a family onto a table, or tap the family and then the table.

💡 Auto-seat fills the tables for you and keeps each group together. Add “keep apart” pairs first if you need them.

Choose every chair

Tap a table to open it big. Tap a family, then a chair: they sit side by side. Tap two chairs to swap them. Save & close puts it back on the floor plan.

💡 Each guest's personal invitation then shows “Your table: Table 3, seats 1–4”, and it updates if you move them.

Print the “Find your seat” sign

Download the sign and print it any size. At the entrance, guests scan it with their phone camera, type their name and see their table and seats, in your invitation's colours.

💡 The QR code never changes, so you can print it early. Moving people later updates what they see.
